  • Participation in development of business plan and investment project development, control over their execution.
  • Preparation of payments schedule, structure of intermediary payments and final payment for stages of work and other services, and control of their performance.
  • Operational and statistical accounting, related to project financing.
  • Management of costs and their optimization, control over the expenditure of funds.
  • Interaction with the state regulatory and supervisory authorities on clarification of financial matters, related to the construction of the objects and its financing.
  • Monitoring and verification of construction estimates and related documentation.
  • Organization of audit of activities of Primary Contractor and other participants of the project, by request of the client.
  • Interaction with financial institutions, preparation and maintenance of the necessary documentation and reporting, related to use of loans and bank guarantees.
