For successful building at the construction site the Designer develops the project documentation in volume necessary for implementation of building and construction works.
At working stage the design considerations have to be improved: node points, design details are to be performed, a detailed solution for utility systems and metering skids to be worked out, the specification to be improved.
Mainly there are the following parts of the project documentation to be developed:
- Architectural concept
- Construction and volume-spacing solutions
- Electrical power system, electric lighting
- Water distribution system
- Water disposal system
- Heating system
- Ventilation and air-conditioning*
- Individual heat point
- System of warning and evacuation management
- Fire signalling
- All-around automation
The specification documents can be corrected subject to terms and conditions of building and construction works, the request of construction contractor can be taken into consideration as well.
For big construction sites the Designer carries out works on Architectural supervision.
