Closure of comments in the expert review of city authorities, enterprise-owners of engineering networks.
The result of approval of the project documentation is inseparably associated with closure of comments of concerned authorities and services of the city, enterprise-owners of engineering networks.
In this regard the Designer has to close the comments as soon as possible for receipt of required approvals.
It is worth noting that the Designer implements a substantial work to close the comments while the Project is at experts review. Generally the closure of comments is made by the Chief engineer of the Project, in particular cases other professionals are involved, who are developer of the project.
As result of comments closure the Designer receives the required Permits, Findings and approvals, incl. A positive expert’s report on the construction project.
